    2k20 was so bad that I went back to 2k18

    Against my better judgement I took the plunge and bought 2k20 since it was on sell. I have 2k19 but I really wanted to use Ciampa, Kendrick, and Cross again without having to download CAWS.

    I don't even really play the game as I just use the universe mode and create shows. I ran a quick match and after like 5 minutes it kicked me into the Xbox menu screen. I then tried the royal rumble and it looked fine but around the 18th entrant it froze and made that horrible audio nose.

    I was willing to not use anything in creation mode but the game couldn't handle the basic matches. I also noticed that I was on patch 1.08 and I saw a post on here that said some people were on patch 1.09 but I never got that update. I really wanted to like the game but aside from the glitches it really did feel like a step down 2k19.

    While awaiting my refund I decided to play 2k18 and see how it aged. Sadly the servers are no longer up but the game still holds up and I'm having fun setting up a new universe.
