    Hey everyone, u/W_T_D_ here to clean up some clutter.

    If you haven't noticed, there's been a huge influx of wishlists, suggestions, and feedback since the welcome post from the development team. It's great that you guys are giving input, but a lot of it is getting lost in the shuffle so we're going to organize a little better.

    Every day for the next seven days (possibly more, we'll see) there will be a new megathread pinned to the subreddit. Each one will cover a different topic for you to discuss.

    At the end of the seven days, all threads will be linked together in one megathread of feedback organized by subject.

    Today, we'll cover Universe Mode. This thread is for feedback only on Universe Mode - what works, what doesn't, what needs improvement, what you want added, etc.

    We're going to cover every aspect of the games, so further posts outside these threads with feedback/suggestions will be removed. In addition, off-topic comments will be removed.

    I cant be the only one out here who desperately wants the 2001 raw arena included in 2k22. It's an iconic part of the attitude era. And one of the best sets of all time in my opinion.

    Going from the really postive reaction I received from my last post about my UWF Universe Mode I have uploaded all the logos onto imgur for people to download and use in their own games. Feel free to create your own versions of these but if you do change anything then I would appreciate a credit for the original work.     Hey, All—Quick note to introduce you to some members of the WWE2K team who have subscribed to this subreddit. Joining are u/TheFleaf, u/2Kbabyfaz, u/FistBumpedRef, u/Level20ShiningWizard, u/CliffHurton, u/2KGorillaPosition, and u/2K_frogsplash.

    We wanted to say a couple of things before we fade into the background. First, we're here because of all of you. This is your house, and we hope to be respectful guests in it. We do not want to drive the conversations that happen here. Instead, we're here to listen and sometimes clarify, but mostly stay quiet. We'll use 2K forums and our social media channels for big announcements, and look to this subreddit for follow-on discussions.

    Second, we are all developers. None of us are from marketing or PR. We all work directly on the game. With this team, you have representatives from core gameplay, create, online, user experience and big modes like MyCareer or Showcase—basically coverage across the game. Each person is encouraged to comment and clarify in their area of expertise.

    As developers, of course, we take pride in our work. Like anyone else, we have feelings, and get stung by meanness or sharp criticism. Feedback, on the other hand, is something we love—even when it's critical. Great feedback is like coaching and guidance—even when it's negative, it feels like an investment, so we gravitate to threads which, though critical, are honest and solution-oriented.

    It is a fundamental rule of game development that tradeoffs are required. Should we add another feature, or polish and refine what we have? All developers live with these choices. By hanging out with all of you, we hope to make effective choices, to steer WWE2K22 to be the best game it can be.

    WWE 2K22 FEATURE: I think 2K adding the ability to select custom theme songs for entrances would be perfect. I understand that copyright and legal terms would kind-of make this impossible but I have sort of figured out a work-around. I got this idea from a Smacktalks video a while back. 2K22 can include a way to link your Spotify account to the game. After connecting, the player would be able to select any songs that Spotify has as their entrance theme. Again, I understand copyright for songs makes this feature almost impossible. On the other hand, I think including this in 2K22 might win over the fans once again. People did not enjoy 2K20. I think finally including some way to import custom themes might get 2K fans to enjoy the game once again. In order to fully win order the fans, 2K would have to include more than just this feature but this is definitely a good start. Thanks for reading my suggestion!

    Shout out to emj52083 who has made a really good Woman (Nancy Benoit) CAW! He also made a pretty good Col. Robert Parker so if you want some managers for your WCW Universe Mode, you know where to head to.
