    Patch this week?

Anyone think we'll get a patch for 2k20 this week before the year is over? I really doubt it

Does your game also usually crash while using custom superstars in universe mode matches? Theme songs also don't play after winning a match in custom arenas until after the replays and only starts to play when victory scene hits.

    Custom Match Types

    Posted: 15 Dec 2019 11:11 PM PST

Here's some fun WWE match types that you can create in 2k.

First Blood - The first wrestler to make his opponent bleed is declared the winner.

2 out of 3 Falls - The first person to win 2 falls is declared the winner.

Ultimate Submission - In an ultimate submission match, there is a set time limit, and the objective is to make your opponent tap out as many times as possible within that time limit. The wrestler who makes his opponent tap out the most is declared the winner.

Submissions Count Anywhere - A match in which submissions is the only way to win and can take place in any location. There's no count outs or disqualifications. It can take the place of an I quit match.

Steel Cage (Escape Only) - There should be one way to win a steel cage match and one way only, escaping over the top.

    +Bonuses+

Time Limit Match - A match is contested until a time limit is reached or a wrestler achieves victory.

Finisher Match - The objective in this match is to perform a specific move. Usually a signature move.

Post some of the match types you've created.

GM Mode for Universe - 2K20 Edition (With Hard Mode)

    Posted: 16 Dec 2019 07:42 AM PST

Yo! I'm Franszon and the creator of The Manager Mode for 2K19

Since this game has brought us back a bit, I'm gonna try to shine some light into your gameplay. So here is my new take on my previous mode. But this time there will be a CASUAL MODE and a HARD MODE for those who wants to get a better challenge.

We are starting with the CASUAL MODE since both modes will have the same base. HARD MODE will have additional rules to follow.

    GETTING STARTED

Start of by creating your own arena. The venue size MUST be started with #7 or #8.

Create a show for your Universe. You are free to do as you please here.

You will start your first week with 10 Wrestlers. You will be getting more as you progress through the calendar.
They will be structured like this:

    • 2 Main Event wrestlers. Those 2 will have a starting OVERALL of 75
    • 5 Mid carders. They will start of with 70 OVERALL
    • 3 Jobbers. These will start with 65 OVERALL

You are also getting 1 World title to start of your show. Pick any title that you want to start with.

Last but not least. Get 1 GM if you want to have him/her in your roster. This one is not a must.

When you are done setting up your premier show you can start playing and your those sweet cash you need to expand your show.

    EARNING MONEY

To expand you show you want money. You start your show with 0$

You will get 500$ for each HALF STAR in your final match rating. If you are playing without getting ratings you are free to evaluate the match by yourself and give yourself a rating that fits the match that played out.

You are limited to how many matches you can have on your show depending on the size of your venue. This is a rule I put in to limit your earnings and you will get the feeling progression.

SMALL ARENA = maximum 5 matches

MEDIUM ARENA = maximum 7 matches

BIG ARENA = how many matches you want

    SIGNING A WRESTLER

When you have earned enough cash you can sign a new wrestler to your custom show. Look at the rules below to find out at what price.

    • 25,000$ for a 65 OVERALL wrestler
    • 100,000$ for a 70 OVERALL wrestler
    • 300,000$ for a 80 OVERALL wrestler

You also have the option to increase the OVERALL of your wrestlers. But that also comes with a price.

    • 1 OVERALL Rating = 10,000$ (For OVERALL 65-75)
    • 1 OVERALL Rating = 25,000$ (For OVERALL 76-80)
    • 1 OVERALL Rating = 50,000$ (For OVERALL 81-99)

    EXPANDING YOUR ARENA

You can expand your arena as it grows bigger. But there are some conditions that must be met to do that. Look for at the conditions below

    GETTING A MEDIUM SIZE ARENA (Venue size 6, 5 & 4)

    • Roster must contain a minimum of 25 wrestlers
    • You must pay a fee of 500,000$
    • You must have a minimum of 3 different titles on your show

Then we have the conditions for a BIG arena. Good luck with this one.

    GETTING A BIG SIZE ARENA (Venue size 3, 2 & 1)

    • Roster must contain a minimum of 40 wrestlers
    • You must pay a fee of 2,000,000$
    • You must have a minimum of 5 titles on your show

    GETTING MORE TITLES

Adding more titles to your show is easy. You just have to pay 100,000$ per title slot.

    PPV's

I'm gonna be nicer this year on this one. You are free to have 1 PPV per month for FREE. But this time you won't get double income from these matches. You do have the option to have as many matches as you want tho. Have fun with this one.

H.A.R.D MODE (For those who wants a challenge)

Now we have finally reached the fun part. There will be additional rules for those who really wants to feel like you are living on the line with your hard earned money. Let's get into it.

    • Signed wrestlers will also be signed with a 1 year contract. You can expand the contract for a price of 100,000$ per year. (Does not affect your starters. They are loyal until the end)
    • Matches that include extra stuff like weapons, cages, tables etc. will cost you. The price for a "Prop match" is 20,000$
    • PPV's are not free. Adding a PPV will cost you 50,000$. BUT you will get double income per match. In hard mode you can not increase the number of matches so you have to follow the rules of your current arena size.

This one is going to be near and dear to my heart bc @WWEDanielBryan is my favorite wrestler of all-time! As a short guy with a scraggly beard the #YES movement hit close to home! Hopefully I can do #TheAmericanDragon justice! This is a very early #WIP with placeholder hair and beard. Lots to do yet
